Australia Zoo

Australia zoo is the sunshine states biggest attraction. The world known zoo is managed by the Irwin family. After Steve Irwin died in 2006, his wife Terri and two children Bindi, 11 and Bob, 6 have run Australia zoo. The zoo houses many animals from Indigenous Australian animals to animals all around the world and they are all well looked after in this 5 star animal resort.

The zoo holds many animal encounters throughout the day:

These encounters allow you to get up close and personal with some of Australia’s native animals as well with some fierce or friendly animals from around the globe. Enjoy the magnificant lemurs as they hang around or perhaps get down with a Komodo dragon as he walks through his habitat. See if you can outrun a Cheater or maybe try not to get squished by the giant Elephants.

The Australia zoo donates money every year to various charities both in Australia and in the world. Make-A-Wish foundation and the Starlight foundation are two of the biggest charities in which Australia zoo donates money too.

You can get involved with the Australia zoo by adopting an animal. Your adoption of an animal will affect both lives in all ways. Now the animal you adopted can live with people and not have to sit there and endure people all day but just enjoy themselves at your place. Please if possible, seriously consider adopting a pet from Australia zoo.
